Good afternoon. Well, today, Friday, July 5th, 2024, while we were waking up to a new Government, 6 people that we knew about were waking up with no energy. Imagine that there were no lights, no radio or TV to hear the results, no warm drinks, and no hot food., no shower or bath.That is the stark reality - if anyone can understand why this is happening in the UK, please let me know https://lnkd.in/eZFQS62GLook at the spending in 2022/23; there was no consumer debt write-off, no reset.We added £300 today, and we received a £5 donation, to which we added £36 to resolve on home. , using the £300, spending £215, we resolved the other 5 outstanding homes, leaving us £85 in the kitty.During the day, we have received 11 valid referrals, we added a further £87 bring the kitty to £172 and resolved 4 more homes.So despite adding a total of £423 in local funds in one day, we still have 7 homes in need, 22 people facing a night without energyif anyone can help, you know the details the details are account details:John KirbySort code: 60-84-07Account number: 22703033#ThankYou

No, it will NOT - because it is not a cap for a year, it will be going up in OCTOBER. So the £122 figure is MISLEADING, actually no, it is DISHONEST.

So the election is over, as an independent, it is very hard to make a mark, but it has to be worth doinghttps://lnkd.in/erzFzVUsI thank the 351 people who voted for meAs all know, I pledged to donate 25% of my MP salary if elected to local charities and good causes for the lifetime of the parliamentI also calculated that the average salary in the constituency was £34,963 and in London £44,370, so the midpoint is £39,666, which is all I would take as a wage.I made it clear that from my £91.346, £22,836.50 would go to charity plus gift aid (£5708.13), so giving £28,545.63 locally each year for day 0ne.I would draw £39,666 as actual salary, and the balance of £28,843.50 would fund helping people in fuel poverty and help pre-payment disconnectionsAlas none of this is to be, but I am committed to making the UK fairer.
