A good Brownie recipe is a total treasure to have in your baking arsenal and by keeping a few tips in mind you can get stunning chocolate brownies every time. Double Chocolate Brownies Recipe by Vrutika Patel.
Ingredients:
Butter 85g or 6 tbsp.
Sugar 1 cup.
Unsweetened cocoa powder ¼ cup.
Flour ¾ cup.
Eggs 2 large.
Vanilla extract 2 tsp.
Baking powder ¼ tsp.
Salt ¼ tsp.
Semi-sweet or dark chocolate 170g.
Chocolate chunks 1 cup (any kind).
Method:
Cream the sugar and eggs..
Melt the chocolate with butter and cocoa powder..
Get all the dry ingredients together and run a whisk through them..
Cool and add the chocolate mix to the eggs. Then add in the dry ingredients slowly..
Pour the batter into a tin and cook in a 180’C oven for 40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in comes out clean..
Eggless Prep:
For an eggless version replace the eggs with 2 bananas instead. You can also use 50g of prepared custard to substitute one egg..
